Is any thing too hard for the LORD?

 Do you have an impossibility?

This week we are having a holiday as it is our fourth wedding anniversary.  

Both of us were in our 40s when we met and married and despite prayer had each felt it was an impossibility that we would meet a like minded Christian believer.

Graciously the Lord answered our prayers and we are full of thankfulness for what he has done for us.

Perhaps you have an impossibility?

We do go through many, many things in life which are too hard for us to manage, but are not too hard for the Lord.

May our answer to prayer be an encouragement to you in whatever you are in today.

I once heard a lady say (who had also prayed many years for her husband) that now when faced with difficult things she looks at her wedding ring, which is a visible reminder of what God has done for her.

Is there something you too can look at and be reminded of God's goodness to you in the past and be encouraged that he can still answer your prayers?

Let us, as the old hymnwriter* penned, praise him for all that is past, and trust him for all that's to come'.
